Cycle Chemistry and Corrosion Control
Two-to-three day review of water and steam chemistry, operation, and maintenance of the steam generating plant aimed at prevention/reduction
of cycle component corrosion and scale and deposit formation. Results of the audit are recommendations for optimization of the
plant procedures and practices.
The proper design of a sampling system is critical in order to produce a sample that is representative of the process fluid.
Design includes recommendations for sample tubing size, sample coolers, and sample panel components to ensure sampling meets ASTM
standards.
