Cycle Chemistry and Corrosion Control
Two-to-three day review of water and steam chemistry, operation, and maintenance of the steam generating plant aimed at prevention/reduction
of cycle component corrosion and scale and deposit formation. Results of the audit are recommendations for optimization of the
plant procedures and practices.
The proper design of a sampling system is critical in order to produce a sample that is representative of the sampled fluid.
Design includes recommendations for sample tubing size, sample coolers, and sample panel components to ensure sampling meets ASTM
recommendations.

piping system to flow accelerated corrosion (erosion-corrosion) and cavitation. This service includes recommendation of
